本利用規約は、Mecore の機能、提供内容、および関連サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。アプリを利用 することで、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意できない場合は、アプリを利用 しないでください。
1. 利用資格および利用
ユーザーは、本規約および適用される法令を遵守する場合に限り、本アプリを利用できます。本アプリの利用、 および本アプリに関連してユーザーの端末またはアカウントを通じて行われる行為については、ユーザー自身が 責任を負います。
2. ユーザーコンテンツ
ボード、画像、テキスト、リンク、メモ、その他の資料を含め、ユーザーが本アプリを通じて作成、アップロード、 読み込み、保存、整理、送信、共有するあらゆる内容（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）については、ユーザーが 単独で責任を負います。
ユーザーは、次の事項を表明し保証するものとします。
- ユーザーコンテンツを利用・共有するために必要な権利、許諾、権限を有していること
- ユーザーコンテンツが、法令、規則、契約、またはプライバシー権、パブリシティ権、知的財産権を含む第三者の権利を侵害しないこと
- ユーザーコンテンツが本規約に違反しないこと
当方はユーザーコンテンツの所有権を主張しません。ただし、本アプリの運営、維持、改善、安全確保、および 提供のために合理的に必要な範囲で、ユーザーコンテンツをホスト、保存、処理、表示、送信、その他利用する 非独占的、全世界的、無償の限定ライセンスをユーザーは当方に付与するものとします。
3. 共有と共有コンテンツ
ボードやコンテンツは、ユーザーが共有を選択しない限り、初期設定では非公開です。
コンテンツを共有した場合、受信者はアプリの機能に応じて、そのコンテンツを閲覧、報告、非表示、ブロック、 保存、読み込み、その他の方法で取り扱える場合があります。いったん共有されたコンテンツについて、受信者が どのようにアクセス、保存、読み込み、複製、再利用するかを、当方が制御したり元に戻したりできない場合が あります。
何を誰と共有するかを決定する責任は、ユーザー自身にあります。法令上認められる最大限の範囲で、ユーザーが 共有を選択した後に、受信者、他のユーザー、または第三者が共有コンテンツに対して行う行為、不作為、利用、 誤用、保存、複製、読み込み、改変、再配布、開示、その他の取り扱いについて、当方は責任を負いません。 また、共有後のコンテンツについて、受信者、他のユーザー、または第三者によるアクセスや利用を当方が制御、 制限、削除、回収、または防止できない場合があります。
4. 禁止されるコンテンツおよび行為
ユーザーは、本アプリを利用して、次のようなコンテンツの作成、アップロード、読み込み、保存、共有、配布、 または次のような行為をしてはなりません。
- 違法、不正、名誉毀損、ヘイト、嫌がらせ、脅迫、虐待、または他者のプライバシーを侵害する内容
- 性的に露骨、搾取的、またはその他不適切な内容
- 第三者の知的財産権その他の権利を侵害または不正利用する内容
- 適切な許可なく他人の個人データを含む内容
- 人物や団体になりすますこと、または関係性を偽ること
- 暴力、自傷、搾取、または違法行為を助長すること
- マルウェア、スパム、または有害なコードを含むこと
- 本アプリの運営、安全性、可用性を妨げること
5. 報告、ブロック、モデレーション
当方は、不適切なコンテンツを報告し、共有コンテンツまたはユーザーを非表示またはブロックし、安全性に 関する懸念について連絡できる手段を提供する場合があります。
当方は、報告されたコンテンツを確認し、必要に応じて、コンテンツの制限、非表示、削除、アクセス停止、 共有機能の制限、ユーザーのブロックなどの対応を行うことがあります。
すべてのコンテンツが、共有、閲覧、または他のユーザーによる行動の前に確認されることを保証するものでは ありません。ただし、ユーザー保護、法令遵守、およびアプリとサービスの健全性維持のために、当方は コンテンツや利用状況をモデレーションする権利を留保します。
当方は、不正利用の調査、本規約の執行、法的義務の履行、ユーザーおよびサービスの保護のために合理的に 必要な範囲で、報告内容、モデレーション記録、および関連メタデータを保存する場合があります。
6. 第三者サービス
本アプリは、クラウドストレージ、プラットフォームサービス、端末機能、OS機能、解析サービス、外部サイト、 外部リンクなどの第三者サービスに依存または連携する場合があります。
当方は、第三者サービスの内容、可用性、安全性、プライバシー慣行について責任を負いません。第三者サービス の利用には、それぞれの利用規約やポリシーが適用される場合があります。
7. データ、同期、可用性
一部の機能は、iCloud、インターネット接続、端末互換性、OSの権限、またはその他の外部サービスに依存する 場合があります。
同期、共有、読み込み、保存、復元、バックアップ、またはコンテンツへのアクセスが常に利用可能であり、 中断なく、安全かつエラーなく行われることを当方は保証しません。
必要に応じて重要なコンテンツのバックアップを維持する責任は、ユーザーにあります。
8. 有料機能およびサブスクリプション
本アプリは、広告非表示ボード、切り抜きプレビュー機能、カスタムボードカバーなどの有料機能や サブスクリプション機能を提供する場合があります。
有料機能は Apple のアプリ内課金システムを通じて購入される場合があります。サブスクリプション条件、 価格、更新、解約、返金対応は Apple により管理され、Apple の規約やポリシーが適用される場合があります。
サブスクリプションは、Apple の管理手続きに従って解約されない限り自動更新されます。サブスクリプションの 管理および解約は、ユーザー自身が Apple ID 設定から行う責任を負います。
有料機能の利用可否は、サブスクリプション状態、端末、OS、インターネット接続、App Store の提供状況、 その他の技術的またはプラットフォーム上の条件に依存する場合があります。
Apple のサービス、通信状況、端末設定、アカウント状況、その他外部要因によりサブスクリプションの確認や 復元ができない場合、有料機能が一時的に利用できないことがあります。
当方は、法令上認められる最大限の範囲で、有料機能を随時変更、追加、削除、一時停止、終了する場合があります。
いかなる有料機能についても、常時利用可能であること、中断なく動作すること、エラーがないこと、すべての 端末や構成に対応することを保証しません。
Apple のアプリ内課金による購入に関する返金は、法令上必要な場合を除き Apple が取り扱います。
9. 停止および終了
当方は、次のいずれかのために合理的に必要と判断した場合、本アプリの全部または一部、または特定のコンテンツ や機能へのアクセスを停止、制限、終了することがあります。
- 本規約の執行
- ユーザーまたは第三者の保護
- 法令、規制、法的手続、またはプラットフォーム要件への対応
- 不正利用、セキュリティ問題、またはサービスへの被害の防止
10. 免責事項
法令上認められる最大限の範囲で、本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、明示、黙示、 法定を問わず、商品性、特定目的適合性、権原、非侵害、可用性、正確性、信頼性、安全性を含むいかなる保証も 行いません。
当方は、本アプリが中断なく、エラーなく、安全であり、すべての端末や構成に対応することを保証しません。
11. 責任の制限
法令上認められる最大限の範囲で、SHU MATSUDA、およびその関係者、サービス提供者、ライセンサーは、 本アプリの利用または利用不能に関連して生じる、利益、収益、信用、事業機会、データ、コンテンツの喪失を 含む間接損害、付随的損害、結果的損害、特別損害、懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。
法令上認められる最大限の範囲で、本アプリに関連する請求に対する当方の総責任額は、次のいずれか高い方を 上限とします。
- 請求発生前12か月間にユーザーが本アプリの利用に対して支払った金額
- 50米ドル
本規約は、適用法により除外または制限できない責任を除外または制限するものではありません。
12. ユーザーの責任
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用、ユーザーコンテンツ、およびコンテンツを共有する判断について責任を負います。
法令上認められる最大限の範囲で、ユーザーは、次に起因する請求、損害、損失、責任、費用について、 SHU MATSUDA、およびその関係者やサービス提供者を補償し、免責することに同意するものとします。
- ユーザーコンテンツ
- 本アプリの不正利用
- 本規約への違反
- 法令または第三者権利への違反
13. アプリまたは規約の変更
当方は、本アプリの全部または一部をいつでも変更、更新、一時停止、終了することがあります。
また、当方は本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合、アプリ内またはその他合理的な方法で お知らせする場合があります。更新後も本アプリを継続利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
14. プライバシー
本アプリの利用には、当方のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
15. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法に準拠します。ただし、適用される消費者保護法により別段の定めがある場合はこの限りでは ありません。

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Mecore, including its features, functionality, and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and Use
You may use the app only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your use of the app and for any activity conducted through your device or account in connection with the app.
2. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, import, save, organize, transmit, or share through the app, including boards, images, text, links, notes, and other materials ("User Content").
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use and share your User Content;
- your User Content does not violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right, including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights;
- your User Content does not violate these Terms.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the app.
3. Sharing and Shared Content
Boards and content are private by default unless you choose to share them.
If you share content, you acknowledge that recipients may be able to view, report, hide, block, save, import, or otherwise interact with that content depending on the features available in the app. Once content is shared, we may not be able to control or reverse how recipients access, save, import, copy, or further use that content.
You are solely responsible for deciding what content to share and with whom. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any actions, omissions, use, misuse, saving, copying, importing, modification, redistribution, disclosure, or other handling of shared content by recipients, other users, or third parties after you choose to share such content. Once content has been shared, we may not be able to control, restrict, delete, retrieve, or prevent further access to or use of that content by recipients, other users, or third parties.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to use the app to create, upload, import, save, share, or distribute content, or engage in conduct, that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, or invasive of another person's privacy;
- is sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable;
- infringes or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property or other rights;
- contains personal data of another person without appropriate authorization;
- impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents affiliation;
- promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, or unlawful activity;
- contains malware, spam, or harmful code;
- interferes with the operation, security, or availability of the app.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
We provide tools that may allow users to report objectionable content, hide or block shared content or users, and contact us regarding safety concerns.
We may review reported content and may take action where appropriate, including restricting, hiding, removing, disabling access to content, limiting sharing features, or blocking users.
We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before it is shared, viewed, or acted upon by other users. However, we reserve the right to moderate content and activity in order to protect users, comply with law, and maintain the integrity of the app and service.
We may preserve reports, moderation records, and related metadata as reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect users and the service.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on or interoperate with third-party services, including cloud storage, platform services, device features, operating system functionality, analytics, external websites, or external links.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Data, Sync, and Availability
Some features may depend on iCloud, internet connectivity, device compatibility, operating system permissions, or other external services.
We do not guarantee that syncing, sharing, importing, storage, restoration, backup, or access to content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content where appropriate.
8. Paid Features and Subscriptions
The app may offer optional paid features or subscription-based features, including ad-free boards, crop preview tools, and custom board covers.
Paid features may be purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms and policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription management process. You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Access to paid features may depend on your subscription status, device, operating system, internet connectivity, App Store availability, and other technical or platform-related conditions.
If your subscription cannot be verified, restored, or recognized due to Apple services, network conditions, device settings, account issues, or other external factors, access to paid features may be temporarily unavailable.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue paid features from time to time, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that any paid feature will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or configuration.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple's in-app purchase system are handled by Apple, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the app, or to certain content or features, where we reasonably believe this is necessary to:
- enforce these Terms;
- protect users or third parties;
- comply with law, regulation, legal process, or platform requirements;
- prevent abuse, security issues, or harm to the service.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and security.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or configuration.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHU MATSUDA and any affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, data, or content, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid, if any, to use the app during the twelve months before the claim arose; or
- US $50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the app, your User Content, and your decision to share content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHU MATSUDA, any affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
- your User Content;
- your misuse of the app;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice within the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
14. Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
